Absolutely! Unlike a lot of competitiors, SOWN is completely safe to use with addtional beauty treatments such as lash lifts, tints and waxing. SOWN provides the perfect base to help your natural lashes stay strong during these treatments and so can enhance the length of time the treatments last on the lashes or brows. Also glue from extensions can take its toll on natural lashes, causing breakage and significant lash loss. Using SOWN to complement your lash extensions, strengthens your natural lashes so you can enjoy your extensions longer. You can even transition to natural lashes if you want to as SOWN is just that powerful!

Due to the natural cycle of hair growth and shedding, once you have achieved your desired results we recommend you use SOWN 2-3 times a week to maintain your lashes. If you stop using SOWN your lashes will return to their natural state prior to using SOWN.

SOWN should not be applied directly to the lower lash line. When you apply SOWN to your upper lash line, the serum will itself be transferred to your lower lashes when you blink. This approach minimizes the risk of the product entering the eye, which could cause irritation.

It sounds like your lashes are now at the Telogen phase, also known as the resting phase, which is the final stage of the eyelash life cycle. At this point, the hair has stopped growing and it’s preparing to shed, before starting the growth cycle again. This phase can last up to 3 months, and then it will go into the growth phase again. This is the continuous cycle of hair growth, but continue to keep using SOWN every day and please be patient with yourlashes, allowing them to go through every growth phase.

If you miss an application, simply resume your regular routine the next day. Consistency is key for optimal results, but missing a single day here or there won't significantly impact your progress.

Absolutely. Once the serum has fully dried (typically within 2–3 minutes), you can apply makeup or cosmetics as usual. Ensure the serum is completely dry to prevent smudging or dilution.

We also formulated them to be able to be in the CLEAN categories at SEPHORA, ULTA and CREDO. However, if you have specific concerns, it's always best to perform a patch test before use. (Apply a small amount of the serum to a small area, such as a corner of your forehead, behind your ear or the side of your neck. There should be no other products on the skin so that you can properly test this product. Wait around 24 hours to see if you have any skin sensitivity.
