And watch your roots grow! A photo is the best way to see just how far your lashes and brows have come so take a photo before starting to use our serums. Don't forget ALL orders come with a lash ruler attached to the box. This is the best way to accurately keep track of growth.

Keep it next to your toothbrush or your bedside cabinet to make it a habit. Customers who do this see MUCH better results than those who don't.

ROOT 1 APPLICATION

Remember consistency is key!

1. Apply 1 stroke stroke to your upper lash line at the lash root, as you would a liquid eyeliner.

2. Use just 1 dip into the bottle for both upper lash lines. Applying more will not speed up growth and may clog follicles.

3. Apply product to clean, dry skin and allow the serum to dry a few minutes before applying additional products. We recommend applying before any skincare and allowing the serum to dry fully, before applying anything else. That way other products don't act as a barrier and the serum can absorb properly into your lash line.

4. Apply consistently twice a day for the first 3 months and then every other day after the first full size bottle is finished.

ROOT 2 APPLICATION

Remember consistency is key!

1. Apply 1 stroke stroke to sparse or specific areas you want to grow! 1 dip into the bottle for both brows is enough.

2. Apply product to clean, dry brows. Use short, hair-like strokes starting at the root and working in the direction of hair growth.

3. Allow the serum to dry a few minutes before grooming or styling your brows. This is so important as you don't want other products acting as a barrier to absorption!

4. Apply consistently, twice a day for the first 3 months and then every other day for maintenance after the first full size bottle is finished.

Absolutely. Once the serum has fully dried (typically within 2–3 minutes), you can apply makeup or cosmetics as usual. Ensure the serum is completely dry to prevent smudging or dilution.

If you miss an application, simply resume your regular routine the next day. Consistency is key for optimal results, but missing a single day here or there won't significantly impact your progress.

If used correctly SOWN should last initially for 12 weeks. With daily use as directed, one tube typically lasts for approximately 3 months. Usage duration may vary based on individual application habits.

Hair growth is a natural cycle - every lash and brow goes through phases of growing, resting, and shedding. Our serums nourish the follicle during the growth phase and extend this phase, helping hairs grow longer, stronger, and fuller. But just like watering a plant, if you stop giving your roots what they need, they’ll eventually return to their natural state.

That’s why results aren’t permanent - your lashes and brows will still shed and renew as part of their cycle. To maintain your best growth, we recommend using SOWN consistently, then moving to a maintenance routine of every 2–3 days once you’ve completed your first full cycle. Customers see best results when they make SOWN part of their every day routine.

Hair grows in cycles - each strand is either growing, resting, or shedding. Because not all hairs are in the same phase at once, results take time and vary from person to person depending where hairs are in the growth cycle when they start using the serum. Some see changes in just a few weeks, while others need the full cycle (up to 12 weeks) before results are visible.
