Majority of orders will take 3 days, though can be up to 7 days in some cases.

Shipping rates vary depending on your location and order total. You can view exact shipping costs at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If it’s past your estimated delivery window of 7 days, contact our customer care team at hello@sownbeauty.com and we’ll look into it for you.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order in real-time.

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.

Yes, once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We believe in our products so much, we offer a 90-day Growth Guarantee. If you’ve used the serum as directed for 12 weeks and aren’t satisfied, we’ll offer a full refund.
